11. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of order unless agreed otherwise.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours at no cost. After this, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Rush orders cannot be canceled once placed.
All orders must use our approved payment systems. We are not responsible for third-party processor errors.

12. Inventory & Risk of Loss

If we hold your products in inventory, you remain responsible for them.
Any inventory not claimed or sold within [X months] may be donated, recycled, or disposed of.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you once products are delivered to the shipping carrier.

13. Product Display & Limitations

We try to display products and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee exact matches.
We may limit product sales by customer, region, or order size.
Some products may be fulfilled by third-party vendors. We are not responsible for their delays or errors.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Square Outfitters, its employees, contractors, and affiliates against claims, costs, or damages resulting from:

Your content or designs.
Your breach of these Terms.
Your misuse of our services.
Infringement of third-party rights.

15. Feedback & Submissions

Any comments, feedback, or suggestions you submit may be used by Square Outfitters freely, without compensation, and without restriction.
